12th annual INTERCEM Shipping Forum 2025

Piraeus, February 20, 2025. We had the pleasure of attending the 12th annual INTERCEM Shipping Forum in Lisbon recently. Representing Capital Gas, our own VP Commercial – Energy Transition, William Norvold Bjørn, had the opportunity to engage in insightful conversations about the creation of a European-wide CO2 transport and storage market and the impact of geopolitical disruption on newbuilding prices, shipping rates, and delivery times.

The forum provided valuable discussions on the decarbonization of the cement industry, addressing their impact on cement logistics, trade routes, and freight markets.
