"OPENTALK" is a helpline for Capital employees to ask questions or raise concerns about compliance, ethics or code of conduct issues.
It is Company policy to promote an open culture where people are encouraged to seek advice or report concerns about compliance, ethics or the Code of Conduct. You can report your concerns to the head of your department or your Master but if you are ever unsure or uncomfortable using the common reporting line, OpenTalk is an additional resource the Company offers. It is vital we are aware of and can address compliance and ethics issues, wherever they may be. It is the duty of all of us to speak up.
You can contact OpenTalk 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. All communication is kept confidential. If it is necessary to investigate your concern, the Company will carefully select and appoint an investigator.
The investigation will be conducted fairly, confidentially and independently. You may be interviewed as part of this process. Please note you can always choose to remain anonymous by completing the OpenTalk form on this page.
Confidentiality
The integrity of OpenTalk relies on protecting everyone's confidentiality. Your concern will be kept completely confidential. To protect the integrity of OpenTalk programme and the identities and reputation of all, everyone involved in an OpenTalk process, must seek all information confidentially. Confidentiality is the responsibility of all of us and will be maintained throughout the entire process.
